About Treat Yourself Gluten Free Baked Goods


My name is Allie, and I’m a home baker based out of Oregon who loves finding yummy, gluten free alternatives to many well-known treats! I’ve spent many hours in the kitchen, perfecting recipes for the best flavors and textures. It’s been such an exciting adventure being able to share some of my favorite recipes with my local community.

Gluten-free baked goods that both taste amazing and don’t have huge lists of unpronounceable ingredients are hard to find. I offer loaves of gluten-free sourdough bread and other delightful-tasting treats that are just as good as their gluten-filled counterparts and have real ingredients that aren’t made in a laboratory.

I’m also an author and a student in the Author Conservatory, a college-alternative for advanced young writers. In the program, I have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals about starting a career in writing.

Part of the curriculum in the program to help students start a small business. This is so students can learn marketing and business skills, but also to allow them another stream of income (to combat that “starving artist” cliche 😉). I am so excited for Treat Yourself Gluten Free Baked Goods to be the business that I am running through this program! It has already been an amazing business and I’m thrilled to be sharing gluten free goodies with my community!
